Fluorescence method dissolved oxygen meter is based on the physics principle of the specific active substance quenching of fluorescence. Modulated green light it shines on the fluorescent substance excited, and emits red light, since the oxygen molecules can take away energy (quenching effect), so excited is inversely proportional to the time and intensity of the red light and the concentration of oxygen molecules. We use a red light and green light synchronization as a reference to measure the excitation phase between the red and the reference light, and with the internal calibration values and compared to calculate the concentration of molecular oxygen, and temperature compensated output the final value.
